Rent-a-Rower Program 2010
Rowers solicit friends, parents, co-workers, etc. to"rent" their rower to do a specific job for $10/hour (i.e. babysitting, cleaning, mowing, etc.)
- To rent a rower, the sponsor simply makes arrangements with the rower for a specified job and time.
- The student rower completes the work and the "sponsor" writes them a "tax-deductible" check made out to Harmar Rowing Club with the rower's name on the memo line.
- This check id then turned into the Harmar Rowing Club and the treasurer will credit the rower's account for the funds.
- Students have the opportunity to earn the FULL FEE is if they want.
